OgigEverything you can do on Ogig, and how to do it
Ping is the fastest way to get help. The live map, Spotlight and Proximity Alerts help you find and be found.
Ping
Tap Ping, choose Service or Food, pick a category or type what you need, choose how long it stays live, and send. Providers: open Live Requests, tap the pin and tap Claim. Food Pings (Crave) go to nearby food sellers, who can reply with an offer.
Live Map
See providers and vendors moving near you. Use the category chips to filter, tap a pin to open a profile, then chat or book.
Spotlight
A time-boxed directory of providers who are out and about. Providers go live for 4 to 72 hours with a message, offer and contact links, and see views and taps on their links. Customers browse by city or near them.
Proximity Alerts
Choose a service and a distance, then start the alert. Ogig notifies you when a matching provider comes within that distance.
Bookings and tracking
Follow a booking from pending to accepted, on the way, in progress and completed. While a provider is on the way you can see them on the map.
Chat
Every booking has its own conversation between customer and provider.
Ratings and reviews
After a completed booking, customers can rate the provider once, from 1 to 5 stars, with an optional comment.
Verified badge
Providers can choose to verify their identity. Verified providers show a badge on their profile.
Notifications
Alerts for bookings, messages, Pings and approvals, in the app and by email.
